File Clerk - Temporary

Schedule: M-F, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Work Location: In-Person
Assignment Length: 2 Weeks
FlexStaff is seeking a File Clerk for our client, a non-profit healthcare organization providing home and community-based healthcare and services for the elderly. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining personnel records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a temporary position.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain physical files chronologically and assist with digitizing documents into HR System.
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with CMS and NY state requirements.
- Serve as project coordinator for special HR assignments.
- Create and maintain medical records for new employees.
- Maintain Workday and compile reports from the database.
- Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
