FlexStaff is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for our Client, a consumer goods manufacturer, for their office located in White Plains, NY.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, 9a-5pm, working 100% in the office.
In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to high-net-worth individuals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative support, advanced MS Excel skills.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including preparing financial statements for high-net-worth clients.
- Document financial activities, such as cash receipts and disbursements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain updated daily and weekly cash activity reports.
- Generate monthly cash flow reports and manage property tax schedules.
- Execute various office responsibilities, such as ensuring compliance and maintaining/scanning files.
- Support the Managing Director and offer assistance to the office manager as required.
