Human Resources Coordinator
White Plains, NY (Hybrid)
Schedule: M-F, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Assignment Length: 1 – 3 months
FlexStaff is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our client, a non-profit healthcare organization providing home and community-based healthcare and services for the elderly.
The HR Coordinator supports and coordinates various HR projects and activities, including sourcing agency temps and assisting with onboarding and HR compliance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the placement of agency temps with the hiring managers and the agencies.
- Assist the HR team with regular onboarding and HR compliance
- Upload documents and follow up on annual health assessments and licenses.
- Work on dual screens and toggle between multiple systems
- Perform other duties as assigned by HR Compliance Manager or as required.
- An excellent written and verbal communicator who likes to solve problems and connect with people via phone will be the perfect fit for this position
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in project coordination or project management.
- Preferred experience in a healthcare environment.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Typing.
- Proven detailed orientated, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff in the organization.
- Multitasking ability - able to input data or research information while on the phone with the caller, able to talk and type a must.
- Handles highly confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
