- Responsible for all Material Handling operations and inventory control. Collaborates with Purchasing and planning to ensure the smooth flow of raw material into and through the plant. Executes process improvement in all areas. Executes processes and programs to ensure inventory accuracy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintains accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and implementing strategies to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Oversee the storage and handling of materials in operations ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams, logistics providers, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Implements new processes and procedures to ensure the ERP system accurately reflects the current state of inventory.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain roles at a manufacturer
- Experience managing an hourly workforce
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with vendors
- Understanding of supply chain principles and logistics
- Experience in cost management and budgeting
- Leadership skills to manage a team of warehouse personnel
