Role Description
Flexstone is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join a small team of Investor Relations professionals to focus
on the firm’s capital raising efforts. The Analyst/Associate with work closely with the Director to enhance
the client development and fundraising efforts in order to increase engagement with prospective investors
and existing investors. The Associate will also liaise with various groups internally such as the Investment
and the Operations teams in order to collect and to aggregate performance metrics and other data needed
for marketing purposes. The Associate will also be responsible for performing quantitative, qualitative, and
administrative assignments to directly support Flexstone’s client engagement, development, and
expansion. This recruitment is occurring in the context of the rapid growth of the firm.
Qualifications
- Must be a native English speaker; French fluency is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience at an Investment Advisory or Asset Management firm, in the Private Equity
industry.
- Rigorous with strong analytical, financial, and marketing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and communication skills – Ability to write clearly and concisely and to articulate
Flexstone’s investment strategy, investment goals, and value proposition; Ability to understand and
to develop relevant and differentiated arguments in a simple way.
- Problem solving skills and self-starter with the ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part
of a broader team. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Juniper Square or other CRM
experience is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities
Marketing documents: Support Flexstone’s team to develop marketing documents for business
development activities (e.g., speaking points, teasers, pitch books, case studies), and assist in
multiple due diligence processes.
- Update marketing and client materials, including pitch books, regular reporting, and due diligence
materials and assist with client portfolio reviews.
- Quantitative: light modeling and analysis
- Qualitative: RFP responses, marketing collateral creation (PPT slides, Word docs), DDQ
responses, general responses to potential investor inquiries
- Administrative: scheduling calls and meetings, takings meeting notes during calls and meetings,
CRM maintenance and updates, post call or meeting follow-up
- Cross collaboration with other Flexstone offices and teammates to coordinate on marketing
collateral and efforts
