Location: North Houston
Contract-to-Hire
Working 100% on site
HIGH VOLUME ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience with front-line employees (warehouse setting, etc.) HIGHLY preferred
Main duties include:
Processing Timesheets
Assisting with new hire appointments
Job Description:
• Administering all testing for local applicants and coordinating badging and vetting
• Assist with Recruiting, Hiring and training of local employees
• Maintain employee schedules
• Daily Management of timekeeping entries, payroll and assisting with issues
• Handling HR related issues, communication with corporate and file management
• Handle any reports or information requested by Station Management
• Can work on client specific supply orders, reporting and compliance
• Maintains a strong working relationship with airline partners
• Can demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location
• You know how to use such programs as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets
• Utilizing excellent communication skills for client interaction
• Employing problem solving abilities for issue resolution
• Experience in customer service
• Possessing strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
• Demonstrate the following competencies: Problem-Solving, Customer Service, Interpersonal, Oral Communication
