Key Responsibilities:
- Handle lease-related requests including approvals, buyouts, upgrades, and invoicing.
- Process customer credit checks through third-party vendors.
- Manage lease deals and compile funding packets for leasing companies.
- Collaborate with leasing partners to resolve deal-related issues and ensure compliance.
- Negotiate and facilitate lease transactions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, management, and leasing partners.
- Support other tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate’s degree (preferred) or 1 year of experience with equipment orders, lease funding, or similar experience.
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience in equipment orders, lease funding, or related fields.
