Marketing Services Intern - Social Media Marketing
Location: Mesa HQ (2845 N Omaha, Mesa, AZ 85215)/Hybrid
Pay Rate: $18 an hour
Hours per week: Less than 30 hours a week (or 130 a month)
Start and End Date: May 19th through August 8th (12 weeks)
Description and Overview: Join our FlexTG Social Media Marketing team this summer as a Marketing Services Intern. Help us create editorial calendar and posting schedules across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and understand how it drives company awareness to attract prospective customers and employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy best-in-class social media strategy under the guidance of FlexTG social media marketing team.
Desired Outcome:
- Increase follower count by 5% month-over-month during the internship.
Minimum Requirements:
- Naturally curious, self-starter, attention-to-detail.
Desired Qualifications:
- Social media fluency.
- Experience understanding customer journey through marketing funnels.
Entering Junior or Senior year, marketing-focused .
