Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect / Delivery Lead to lead a team of 10-20 technical resources in Bogotá, Colombia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10-20 JAVA BE/FE technical professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements and solutions.
- Drive technical architecture and design decisions, ensuring best practices and innovation.
- Provide technical leadership in presales activities, including solutioning, proposal creation, and client presentations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, and technical delivery.
- Proven experience leading and managing technical teams of 10-20 members.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and stakeholder interactions.
- Hands-on expertise in architecting and delivering complex technical solutions.
- Experience in presales activities, including proposal writing, client demos, and technical solutioning.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise architectures, and software development methodologies.
- Experience working with global clients and delivering projects in a collaborative, multi-geography environment.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive innovation, efficiency, and quality in technical delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Java , cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in working with industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, or telecommunications.
- Spanish language proficiency (preferred but not mandatory).
