Key Responsibilities
- Develop user journey maps, service blueprints, and other visualizations to document the current state and future vision for our point of sale ecosystem
- Identify user needs and pain points and work with stakeholders to prioritize and address them
- Plan and conduct user research, involving team members and stakeholders in the process, to better understand our end-users and their problems. Visiting Kroger stores to interact with users face-to-face is a significant benefit.
- Lead collaborative efforts and facilitate sessions (using different workshopping frameworks) with stakeholders to align on a shared vision
