We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team in Bentonville, AR. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Java, Python, and scripting languages, as well as a strong background in cloud technologies.

This position is crucial in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions to meet our business needs, particularly within the retail domain. A background in retail operations and item management is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design: Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives while leveraging best practices in software design and development.

Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product heads, domain architects, and multiple stakeholders to ensure IT strategies align with business needs and goals. Act as the liaison between technical and business teams to ensure cohesive technology and process designs. Work closely with other architects to build solutions for the problems identified by the stakeholders. Evaluating and recommending new technologies. Creating and enforcing IT standards and best practices. Stay current with industry trends and innovations, and leverage industry experience.
