About the Role:
The Technical Program Manager, Seller Experience, will primarily be responsible for creating and driving the product delivery roadmaps, managing complex, cross-functional strategic programs for our Product teams. This involves working across Global Product & Technology, Design, Customer support, Marketing, and Business teams to develop and deliver program plans that enable our customer and business goals for various initiatives.
Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Experience in product development, with deep expertise in customer-focused product management and the product lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience working with APIs.
- Background in seller platforms, preferably in the retail domain.
- Proven program management expertise.
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
