Infection Control RN : Candidate will be covering Cape Coral and Healthpark Medical Center campuses, depending on where need is at the time of shift. 2 year's of Infection Control experience required. Level of Care is ICU, PCU, MS, Telemetry. Adults and OB, no peds. Business Casual dress code. BLS required, Certification in Infection Control preferred. Shift : Monday-Friday 8A-4 : 30P, on call for one week every 6-8 weeks for evening / weekend. One week of ?on call? approx. every 6-8 weeks, evenings and weekend call. Epic / Bugsy EMR used. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE. HWL clinical review with Manager having direct offer.
Radius Rule 50 miles from facility to perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal : Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
