What You’ll Do:
As a Patient Success Manager at FLEXX, you are the bridge between patients’ frustrations and their solutions. You’ll guide them through the decision-making process, ensuring they understand, commit to, and follow throughwith their personalized care plans. This inside sales role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and the ability to build trust quickly.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead patients through their care journey – Help them understand their pain, recognize its impact, and commit to a care plan that prioritizes their health.
- Overcome objections and close cases – Handle financial, scheduling, and commitment-based concerns with confidence and clarity.
- Own the patient experience – Ensure every patient understands their progress and stays engaged in their care.
- Communicate with the team – Work closely with chiropractors and rehab specialists to ensure seamless patient transitions and long-term success.

What You’ll Need:
- 5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or case management (healthcare sales or private medical practice experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Ability to work with different personalities and manage high-value patient relationships.
- Comfortable with financial discussions and guiding patients through payment options.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (long car rides and commercial flights).
