New company in town! We are expanding into the Nampa area. Do you want to be part of a winning, growing, and innovative company?
Operators will assist in the inspection of customer products following company procedures with rotations during the shift. As well function as housekeeping responsible to maintain cleaned common areas such as breakroom, bathrooms, office area and reception areas etc.
Monday - Thursday & Fridays as needed (10 hours day shift)
Key Responsibilities
As of Line Worker
Responsible for unstacking and restacking pallets brought to the floor for inspection.
Responsible for ensuring pallet labels stay with the designated pallet throughout the inspection process.
Responsible for removing and replacing packaged products in designated cases as deemed by the line instruction sheet.
Must be able to recognize foreign material on the x-ray screen, demonstrated by positively identifying seed cards during routine seed checks, for each product ran by stopping the line, and retrieving the specific product that foreign material is present in.
Responsible for line cleaning and sanitizing in accordance with company policy / procedures.
Responsible for notifying lead and / or supervisor when deficiencies with either the product or the process are found.
Prepares line / equipment for daily operation according to SOPs for assigned work area, including sanitization of contact surfaces.
Required to participate in random Quality Assurance testing (seed checks).
Must be able to comply with company GMP’s and General Health & Safety.
Any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Follow safety rules.
As of Housekeeping
Housekeeping of common areas such as office and reception, bathrooms, breakroom etc.
Perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
Check and replace the stock of relevant supplies and equipment
Ensure that all company standards for cleanliness are met consistently
Adhere to strict health and safety requirements
Utilize cleaning practices that protect equipment and furniture
Interact with customers as needed, including dealing with reasonable requests and complaints with professionalism and patience
Work well with the broader cleaning team
Report and return lost property
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Requirements :
Strong attention to detail.
Must be able to comply with good attendance.
Ability to view / watch the monitor and positively identify test seeds during routine seed checks.
Must have a sense of urgency.
Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to bend, twist, grab, pull, push, reach, walk and sit.
