The Warehouse Admin/Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all the functions of the warehouse, coordinating shipping & receiving, keeping accurate records, and maintaining a safe work environment.
*****Monday - Thursday & Fridays as needed (10 hours day shift) *****
The Warehouse Admin/Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all the functions of the warehouse, coordinating shipping & receiving, keeping accurate records, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipping and & receiving workflow.
- Assign tasks to forklift drivers.
- Load and unload all inbound and outbound trailers – Signature required on outbound Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Use FlexXray’s yard mule to move unattended trailers around as required.
- Proactively advise supervisor of forklift and yard mule maintenance issues.
- Completion of weekly Forklift/Yard Mule Inspection and checklist.
- Responsible for ensuring yard checks and trailer temperature checks are complete and accurate.
- Responsible for proper pallet handling, storage, and care.
- Responsible for ensuring lines have proper product in order to run.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment.
- Reporting to supervisor any issues with the shipping or receiving process.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice GMP’s.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Requirements:
- Warehouse/Distribution experience.
- Sit Down Forklift experience, yard mule and other warehouse equipment experience.
- Work well independently and strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills – collaboration with other departments.
- Basic Computer skills – WMS
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, twist, grab, pull, push, reach, walk and sit.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
