Oversee and manage the end-to-end staffing process, from identifying organizational needs to onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Build relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and educational institutions to create a robust talent pipeline.
Conduct workforce planning to assess current and future staffing needs in coordination with department heads.
Manage internal and external job postings, as well as the screening, interviewing, and selection process.
Lead initiatives for employer branding to position the company as a preferred employer in the industry.
Manage staffing budgets and control hiring costs effectively.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels between staff and management.
Handle employee grievances and facilitate resolutions through conflict management practices.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies in hiring and employment practices.
Stay updated on changes in labor legislation that impact staffing processes.
Conduct market research to ensure salary offerings align with industry standards.
Monitor employee compensation to ensure internal equity and address salary grievances if they arise.

Develop and maintain succession planning for critical roles within the organization.
