Awesome is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $134,000 - $206,000. This position is also remote-friendly, and as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Various factors, such as defined competency leveling and geographic location, will determine the final compensation for this role.

Your Opportunity:
- Own and evolve the program for Flickr's core product, creating a roadmap that balances customer satisfaction, business needs, and regulatory requirements. Prioritize initiatives that support both user engagement and compliance goals, ensuring we continue to be the best place for photography.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for Flickr, leveraging its iconic brand legacy to drive unprecedented growth and maximize retention.
- Leverage advanced statistical methods (e.g., A/B testing, cohort analysis, predictive modeling) to guide product development, optimize user experience, and inform data-driven decision-making, resulting in increased user engagement and product performance.
- Ensure that core features are continuously optimized to improve user satisfaction, reduce friction, and enhance the overall experience.
- Partner with Marketing and other teams to plan and execute successful product launches. Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate the impact of new features and identify opportunities for further improvement.
- Partner with our Legal team to prioritize the initiatives to ensure our platform is compliant and up to date according to regulatory standards.
- Partner with the Trust & Safety team to drive safety initiatives and improve the quality and efficiency of Trust and Safety programs and operations.
- Experience driving the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
- Experience leading technical teams is a must, as well as the ability to prioritize and execute effectively.
- You thrive on data! You can leverage analytics tools to drive decisions, measure product performance, and uncover revenue opportunities. Bonus points for being comfortable with SQL and searching data to inform your decision-making quickly..
- A deep understanding of user behavior and are adept at integrating customer feedback into actionable product plans. You build products that truly delight users and solve their problems.
