Job description
We are immediately hiring A&P Mechanics for contract work in Lakeland, FL. Our client is a premier FAR 145 approved repair station, who is quickly growing. They are looking to expand their team with well qualified and experienced technicians.
Opportunity: Contract (with potential to go perm)
Hours: Monday thru Friday (8:30am-5:30pm). Weekends or nights may be needed.

Location:
- Lakeland, FL – only 40 min to Tampa, FL or an hour to Orlando, FL!!
Minimum Qualifications:
- A&P License, IA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a certificated A&P working on Challenger 300 series aircraft.
- Previous 145 experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance practices for various types of aircraft.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software applications.
Compensation:
- $45-50/hr
The client is looking for a 4–6 month commitment due to the current volume.
