Responsibilities:
- Conduct ground and simulator training sessions for new and experienced pilots
- Deliver comprehensive instruction on aircraft systems, procedures, and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure students' successful progression
- Create and update training materials to align with industry standards
- Collaborate with a team of aviation professionals to enhance training programs
Requirements:
- Current and Valid FAA ATPL certificate
- Preferred minimum of 1000 FAA Part 121 flying hours as a Captain (within the past 5 years)
- Minimum of 3 years of FAA Part 121 flying hours as a Captain with US Airline (within the past 5 years)
- Preferred Part 121 Instructor experience (within the past 5 years)
- Added Advantage if you are Typed on the 170/175/190
- Being Technology Savy, for example: iPad, modern devices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
