Our flight school - a place where dreams come true! For over 13 years, we have been training professional pilots from scratch and providing advanced training services for experienced aviators. Our school is located in sunny Florida, USA, and is part of the aviation holding FlyDreams Aircraft Group (www.flydreams.us).
Our flight school:
- A fleet of 8 airplanes and 1 helicopter;
- 12 experienced instructors;
- More than 100 graduates each year;
- Two hangars and two offices at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, an office in Orlando.

We strive to provide our students and clients with the best experience and highest quality of service. To achieve this, we need a talented Flight School Administrator with the function of the Sales Manager who will help us strengthen our service standards and increase overall customer satisfaction.
What will be the responsibilities?
- Working in multiple systems (Hubspot, FlightSchedulePro, QuickBooks, TSA, SEVIS) for the continuous operation of the school;
- Providing sales support and enrolling new students.
- Scheduling flights and lessons, controlling and managing the schedule;
- Managing the student visa process;
- Accepting payments, issuing invoices;
- Maintaining student documentation;
- Preparing and conducting written exams.
What do we expect from the specialist?
- Experience in customer service and organizational activities;
- Excellent communication and networking skills;
- High level of responsibility and independence;
- Interpersonal communication and organizational skills;
- Experience with Hubspot, FlightSchedulePro, QuickBooks (would be an advantage);
- English at native speaker level;
- Interest or experience in the aviation field.
