Flight Systems Industrial Products (FSIP) invites you to join our proud team in Carlisle, PA. FSIP manufacturers and remanufactures electronics for numerous electric vehicle and equipment markets.
Our Sales Support position is first shift, Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm and is located at our facility in Carlisle, PA. This position starts at $18.00/hour. Our Sales Support team members handle many types of interactions with FSIP customers including phone calls, emails, and live chats. We are assisting customers with part number inquiries, providing quotes, and creating orders. Basic Duties:
- Assisting customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Making sales recommendations and upselling to customers on products being quoted/sold
- Efficiently enter accurate quotes/orders
- Documentation of all customer interactions in ERP (Epicor10)
- Communicate and work effectively with all team members and independently
- Ability to handle a fast paced, changing environment
- Work closely with our Quality/Technical Support department
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and our internal team
- Problem solving skills a MUST
- Active listening skills a MUST
- Dedicated to providing superior customer service
- Ability to talk on the phone and type accurately – Computer proficient
- Exceptional & professional phone, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to switch between tasks easily
