Flight is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for working with our senior-level accounts team to execute client relations tasks. You will be working with our Marketing Strategists to execute marketing strategies with creative teams, project managing accounts, and helping to ensure projects stay on track. In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need to have about 1-3 years of experience within the marketing agency field. You will also need to be able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Facilitate any and all matters specific to a client's account
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the execution of a client's strategy
- Collaborate and communicate with department heads on strategic ideas that align with client requirements
- Research and gather data on a client's business to collaborate, develop and execute well-informed, long-term strategic marketing plans
- Gather data and track the scope and direction of each project to ensure client is on schedule and on budget
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client's objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of marketing agency experience or in a related field
- Warm personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple small to large projects
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to interact with clients confidently and professionally when needed
- Previous agency experience
- Experience with Scoro
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer
- May be required to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time
