Flights & Irons Urban Kitchen in San Clemente, CA is looking for daytime bartender/server with an act for mixology, to join our team. We are looking for passionate presentable individuals that want to elevate their skill , knowledge and service. We are located on 376 Camino De Estrella San Clemente ca, 92672. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, well presented, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender Minimum 3 years
- Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and proper presentation in serving drinks
- Knowledge of spirits history and trajectory consider a plus.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Self aware and manage
- open to ideas and able to follow directions.
