Purpose of Position
Assist the Department Manager with resource management responsibilities over area assigned and function as Lead Engineer on assigned projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Assist the Department Manager with resource management responsibilities, including by not limited to :
- Screening, interviewing and selection of applicants
- Department staffing levels, including submission, and tracking of requisitions
- Training of teammates to perform assigned duties
- Completion of annual appraisals
- Assigning teammates to project
Function as a Lead Engineer including but not limited to :
Other tasks include :
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in applicable Engineering discipline.
Minimum Experience
Minimum of 10 years related experience and / or training.
