The Sr. HR Solutions Analyst primarily performs advanced systems analysis and system related testing and configurations for non-core HR applications.

Purpose of Position
The Sr. HR Solutions Analyst primarily performs advanced systems analysis and system related testing and configurations for non-core HR applications.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Configure systems to ensure operational efficiency and accurate processing.
- Perform analyses and audits to ensure external and internal system compliance. Research and resolve complex deviations.
- Make recommendations for process and system improvements within HR, Finance and Business Systems.
- Collaborate with external and internal business partners to review, implement and test system enhancements.
- Manage service tickets with Managed Service Provider
- Write techno-functional requirements and test plans for HR systems and/or time & labor system changes and projects.
- Lead system testing for all changes and enhancements for HR systems and/or time & labor system.
- Train staff on systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Coordinate testing and implementation of system releases
- Provide support to internal team regarding system functionality and deviations.
- Prepare adhoc reports for internal stakeholders.
