Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment in various environments. This role requires a strong understanding of computer networking, low voltage systems, and the ability to work with hand tools and diagnostic equipment. The Electronics Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our electronic systems.

Duties

  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment using various diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and spectrum analyzer.
  • Perform routine maintenance on electronic systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install and configure FlightScope hardware and networking components.
  • Provide field service support to clients, addressing any technical issues that arise on-site.
  • Utilize hand tools effectively for equipment repair and assembly tasks.
  • Document all service activities, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve system designs and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles, RF and low voltage systems.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters.
  • Experience with field service operations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with hand tools used in electronics repair.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
