Job Summary

Inova Conference Center is a venue known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale banquets. With a commitment to quality and innovation, we cater to a diverse clientele in a fast-paced, 7-day operational environment.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Banquet Chef to lead and oversee the culinary operations for all banquet and event services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have strong leadership skills, and excel in delivering high-quality cuisine for a variety of events.

Key Responsibilities

• Menu Development : Create and update diverse and innovative banquet menus tailored to client preferences and seasonal availability.
• Event Preparation : Plan, prepare, and oversee food production for banquets, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Team Leadership : Train, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring adherence to high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Cost Management : Monitor food costs, portion control, and waste to ensure profitability while maintaining quality.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the event and banquet staff to ensure seamless service execution.
• Scheduling : Coordinate kitchen operations for a 7-day schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
