Job Summary

Join FLIK Hospitality Group as a Chef Manager in Lawrence, MA, and lead the culinary excellence at New Balance. This is a great opportunity to advance your career with a respected food and hospitality leader, where you can excel in your passion for sustainability and world-class food service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full culinary management of food service operations, including inventory, ordering, and receiving.
- Proficient in menu development, cost controls, and purchasing, with a focus on local food products.
- Successfully implement sustainability initiatives.
- Strictly manage P&L accountability and contract-managed service.
- Ensure flawless execution of food quality, production, and presentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings.
- Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, sanitation, and food cost controls.
- Experience with exposition cooking.
- Working knowledge of HACCP.
- ServSafe certification is a plus.
