Job Summary
Lead a premier dining program at Saint Xavier High School in Louisville, KY as Director of Dining Services at Compass Group USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, as well as other departments
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build menus and deliver top-quality food
- Coordinate all P&L and budgeting related to the account
- Efficiently implement new culinary programs to improve dining experiences
- BS or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
- Essential high-volume production and catering experience
- Confirmed experience handling a budget
- Desire to learn and grow within an outstanding foodservice company
