Job Summary

Working as a General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the account in accordance with the approved budget while meeting client expectations. You will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests and the client, as well as other departments within the operation. You will be responsible for promoting the professional growth and development of the entire team. You will also foster strong interdepartmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility plan of operations.

Job responsibilities

• Participates in employee meetings, reviews, and training programs.
• Manages in compliance with Company established policies and procedures.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the workplace, ensuring operations adhere to corporate policies.
• Demonstrate a history of managing large teams and providing effective leadership.
• Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports, focusing on workplace offerings, guest registration, and space usage.
• Manages in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Establishes and maintains good rapport with staff, clients and guests and other departments.
• Manages financial acumen for all areas including financial reporting with reports, P&L reports, writing, and adhering to annual budgets.
• Display comprehensive knowledge of Client Booking System.
• Monitor floor operations and user behavior to recommend strategic improvements.
• Guide HR (Human Resource) functions, including payroll and associate development.
• Analyzes and creates trends for financial data.
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls.
• Act as an escalation point for customer feedback.
• Perform administrative duties and guide the team in these tasks.
• Oversee the integration of new team members and assist as needed.
• Facilitate and support onsite events by helping coordinate staffing.
