What You’ll Be Doing :
- Establish and review work standards and procedures for staff to ensure alignment with our policies, guaranteeing top-notch dining services at North Broward Prep School.
- Oversee safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs, building strong relationships with clients, students, and staff.
- Be the driving force behind delivering a cost-effective and efficient dining experience that exceeds customer expectations.
- Support the development of all team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Coordinate with the supervisory and management team to streamline tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the success of the department.
