Job Summary
Working as the Executive Sous Chef, you will play an outstanding role in the culinary operations at Mercersburg Academy. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a dynamic and high-reaching environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Executive Chef in leading cost controls and controlling expenditures for the account
- Plan and develop diverse menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef
- Coordinate and implement outstanding catering events
- Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team
