You will report to the General Manager and work closely with Flint's VP of People and Training. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with Flint's VP of People and Training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand talent needs, assist in creating job descriptions, and support the interview process.
- Source Talent Creatively: Use social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships with community organizations to find top candidates.
- Deliver a Great Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth communication with candidates from the initial outreach to onboarding and beyond.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Help design recruitment strategies that attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Employer Branding: Work with the marketing team to maintain a strong and positive employer brand on job boards, social media, and more.
- Candidate Sourcing: Post job openings, search through social media and job platforms, and actively reach out to both technical and non-technical candidates.
- Administrative Support: Assist with light HR tasks, including reporting and data tracking.
- Employee Retention: Help develop and manage strategies to keep employees engaged, including event planning and rewards.
- Additional Duties: As needed to support recruitment and team goals.
- Self-Starter: You can work independently and take ownership of tasks while being a team player.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
