Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Utilize various cleaning equipment and products to wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicles.
- Conduct custodial tasks including vacuuming carpets, shampooing upholstery, and cleaning windows.
- Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences regarding vehicle detailing.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized workspace and ensure all detailing supplies are stocked.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises to facilitate cleaning processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields such as car wash or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional care.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their concerns effectively.
- Ability to operate various cleaning tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of buffing techniques and window tinting is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided as necessary.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- A passion for cars and maintaining high standards of cleanliness is essential.
