Your Job Flint Hills Resources - Pipelines & Terminals is seeking a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will strengthen our competitive edge by minimizing EH&S risks, maintaining compliance programs, and improving machinery availability.
You will ensure maximum machinery uptime and efficiency at the best possible cost, while proactively offering expert technical guidance and condition assessments to optimize total life cycle costs. The successful applicant will ensure that safety and environmental excellence are integral to the Flint Hills Resources (FHR) business process.
This will be accomplished by integrating safety, environmental, and reliability-based thinking into all asset management decisions, aligning with organizational risk profiles, and supporting our customers' needs. Key responsibilities include sharing ownership of risks, generating and maintaining life cycle costs, providing technical advice that properly frames decisions for customers, offering options to support safe, environmentally responsible, and profitable decision-making, and maintaining equipment standards.
