What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Counselor position at Flint River Hospital?
Will be the liaison between the various units, psychiatrists, patients and families. He/She will provide an early assessment, coordinate with the treatment team, patient/family and community resources and provide group therapy sessions. Will also develop and assist with implementation of the patient's treatment plan and offer support education to patients and families as needed.
