The Opportunity : Financial Analyst - FP&A
As a Financial Analyst focused on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Flip, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial insights and helping shape our growth strategy. Reporting to and working closely with the Chief Business Officer and the broader Finance team, you'll support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to enable data-driven decision-making across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically-minded finance professional to make an impact on our fast-growing company. The role is office based in Los Angeles (El Segundo) with a start date as early as possible.
Compensation : $100,000 - $120,000 base salary equity
What You'll Do
- Financial Planning & Forecasting : Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to guide business decisions and achieve financial targets.
- Financial Modeling : Build and maintain detailed financial models to project revenue, expenses, and cash flow; analyze different scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
- Management Reporting : Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership and stakeholders, including variance analysis and commentary on performance.
- Business Insights & Analysis : Work with other functions at the company to analyze KPIs, profitability, and other financial metrics to identify trends and improve efficiency.
- Special Projects & Ad Hoc Analysis : Assist in special projects, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial assessments of new initiatives and opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits :
Base salary and total compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please note the base salary is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include equity, bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
