Now Hiring: Women’s Gymnastics Coaches at Flip Zone Gymnastics in Bradenton, Florida
Are you passionate about coaching and inspiring young athletes? Flip Zone Gymnastics is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Compulsory, Xcel, and JO Development Coaches to join our growing team in sunny Bradenton, Florida!
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $17-$35/hour
- Salary Option: Commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach athletes in the Compulsory, Xcel, and JO Development programs.
- Develop and implement individualized and group training plans.
- Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for athletes of all levels.
- Work collaboratively with our coaching team to help athletes achieve their goals.
- Prepare athletes for local, regional, and national competitions.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience in gymnastics (Compulsory, Xcel, or JO levels).
- Strong technical knowledge of gymnastics skills and progressions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- A passion for motivating and mentoring young athletes.
- USAG certification preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
