Job Overview
I‘m looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and motivated people to join my team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning 4 days/week, 10hr shifts, primarily residential homes. Must have your own vehicle/drivers license. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Pay is commission on total job ticket and is performance based. You will be expected to clean 4-8 homes each day (depending on size) between 8-6pm. We work outside all day, weather permitting.
Duties
- Perform window cleaning for residential homes, ensuring all surfaces are streak-free and spotless.
- Most cleaning is DONE FROM THE GROUND with long extendable poles, but you must be able-bodied and in good enough shape to work outside all day.
- Utilize various cleaning tools and equipment, including WFP, squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders.
- Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality.
- Keep track of assigned equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Report any damages or issues observed during cleaning to management.
Experience
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
