What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Flippo Construction Company, Inc?

Flippo Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Laborer to join our team. The Labor is responsible for effectively helping other workers as needed. The Laborer is responsible for other manual work as it relates to the laying and repair of pipes.
Responsibilities:
- Climb in and out of manholes, excavations, and/or other confined or enclosed spaces.
- Climb ladders to a height of 35 feet. Work at heights over highways and water.
- Carry and use trade associated tools, equipment, or material up to a weight of 95 pounds.
- Utilize shovels and tools to dig trenches.
- Maintain cleanliness of the job site by organizing materials and picking up trash and debris.
- Push, pull, load, and unload tools, equipment, or materials.
- Know how to identify, safely operate and maintain all HAND TOOLS to include: hammers, pliers, tapes, hand saws, screwdrivers, shovels, knives, levels, wrenches, digging bars, etc.
- Possess the ability to understand, remember, and follow work related instructions or methods.
- Responsible for safely maneuvering in a work zone.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience as a Laborer on construction projects.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
