Job Description: We are a high-performance real estate investment team seeking a full-time Investor Relations Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll build and manage relationships with qualified investors, understand their investment goals, and pair them with prime real estate opportunities sourced by our acquisitions team. With access to our in-house construction crew, you'll provide investors with accurate renovation budgets and timelines to support profitable investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing real estate investors, ensuring consistent and personalized communication.
• Understand investor goals, risk tolerance, and criteria to match them with relevant investment opportunities from both on- and off-market properties.
• Collaborate with our acquisitions team to analyze property data, including renovation budgets and projected returns, using insights from our in-house construction team.
• Educate investors on market trends, property potential, and investment strategies, positioning our team as a trusted, long-term partner.
• Maintain investor profiles and track interactions in the CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and relationship growth.
• Coordinate investor meetings, property presentations, and site visits as needed to facilitate informed investment decisions.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license is preferred or a willingness to obtain one.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment concepts, including ROI, rehab costs, and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with investors.
• Proficiency with CRM systems to track investor interactions and property matches.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple investor relationships and property matches simultaneously.
