Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Partnerships Analyst to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with potential partners across various industries. You will use a combination of cold outreach, warm introductions, and personalized social media engagement to identify and engage high-value prospects.
You will be tasked with managing your own list of prospects, engaging them effectively, and closing deals that will contribute to Flite’s growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Source and engage potential partners through cold outreach, warm intros, and social media interactions.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects to drive partnerships that benefit both Flite and its users.
• Manage a personal pipeline of potential partners and track progress through each stage of the deal.
• Close deals and earn commission on each successful partnership established.
• Utilize creative and personalized engagement strategies to stand out in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
What We’re Looking For:
• A self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
• Experience or interest in sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own prospect list.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only role, where you will be compensated for each successfully closed deal. There is no base salary. However, there is an opportunity for a full-time hire offer upon successful completion of the internship, which runs until May 2025.
