We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our North America & South America (LATAM) Team. This role is essential in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization across multiple entities and countries. In this position, you will drive the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs in order to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, contributing to our continued company growth.Your Tasks – Paint the world green Training Program Development : Design and develop comprehensive and engaging training programs, workshops, and materials tailored to various learning styles and organizational needs.Training Needs Analysis : Identify gaps in skills and knowledge across multiple disciplines.Training Delivery : Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online, ensuring effective learning experiences.Content Curation : Source and develop relevant content with focus on current and developing best practices and future needs to ensure programs remain relevant and effective.Evaluation and Feedback : Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics, making improvements as necessary.Collaboration : Work closely with department heads and HR to align training initiatives with organizational goals and employee development plans.Data and Reporting : Provide key metrics and data to support the learning and development strategy.Your Profile – Ready to hop on board Degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, communications, or Business / Business Administration.2 years of experience in a training related role with instructional design and delivery experience.Proficiency in using authoring tools / platforms to create online courses (preferred).Excellent with MS Office tools and Keynote, and preferably training-specific authoring tools as well, such as Adobe Captivate, Storyline, Brainshark.Self-starter with an innovative approach to designing solutions.Strong verbal and written communication to convey concepts clearly and ability to tailor delivery methods to various learning styles and needs.Professionalism with a background of handling highly sensitive materials is essential and required.Annual compensation range : $60,000 - $75,000 USDOur Perks – More than just a job Your well-being is important to us.
