Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solar Sales Closer to join our team. In this role, you will work with internally provided leads, going to set appointments, guiding potential customers through the sales process and closing deals. Your expertise and dedication will directly contribute to our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads provided by our marketing team and other internal sources.
- Conduct consultations with prospective customers to understand their energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive sales experience.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from lead to installation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solar sales.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and the renewable energy market is a plus.
