Hourly Pay : $21-$23

We're looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at one of our in-office locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our Sales organization while building a rewarding career with multiple growth pathways within FTG.
What You'll Do :
- Partner with Client Relationship Managers to analyze accounts and perform financial analysis.
- Manage data entry, validation, and preparation of client financial summaries.
- Assist with VIP client onboarding, strategy preparation, and presentations.
- Research and compile insights for bios, proposals, and client account strategies.
- Collaborate on pricing requests, contracts, SLA documentation, and customer escalations.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to key stakeholders.
- Support relationship-building efforts with customers, end-users, and internal teams.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the Client Account Management team.
