We are searching for a passionate and motivated Manager to take charge of the daily operations in our Wellness Center. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations, manage a dedicated team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while being able to perform routine equipment maintenance. This role requires strong leadership, dedication to wellness, and a commitment to excellence. Our Wellness Destination offers multiple services including float tanks, IR saunas, vibroacoustic therapy, and cold plunge to provide a multitude of different options for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Staffing:
Assess staffing needs and implement shift scheduling to ensure sufficient coverage and exceptional service.
Prepare bi-weekly staff schedules and handle time-off requests and shift adjustments.
Recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members.
Ensure accurate tracking of hours and resolve any discrepancies.
Team Development:
Set and monitor individual and team sales goals, including membership conversion rates and gross sales.
Foster a positive, goal-oriented team culture.
Organize and oversee in-house and community events, including networking opportunities.
Sales and Growth:
Collaborate with ownership to establish and achieve sales milestones.
Utilize corporate marketing resources and create new initiatives to drive growth.
Manage spa expenses, ensuring efficiency and adherence to budgets.
Facility and Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee weekly deep cleans and ensure pod water quality through regular testing.
Address equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
Supervise general facility maintenance.
Membership Management:
Ensure a top-quality membership experience through continuous staff support and engagement.
Manage membership billing, suspension, and cancellations as needed.
Address membership issues promptly and process cancellations weekly.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
