What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Experience Manager position at Float SNJ?
Our mission is to help reduce the amount of pain and stress in the world. We are looking to fill an important position as it relates to that mission. Our Guest Experience Managers are responsible for welcoming our guests, touring the facility, thoroughly explaining how to use our services, and maintaining the energy of the sacred space we've created. Our facility introduces simple wellness modalities such as flotation therapy, infrared saunas, cold immersion therapy, and can be an incredibly fulfilling role where our guests become our friends.
Some of the qualities that help in this endeavor are excellent customer service abilities, which includes an intuitive understanding of how to create comfortable communication. An eye for and attention to detail is required. Perhaps the most important thing we look for in our staff is a true love of the opportunity to create joy in others. A familiarity with social media, and a sense of initiative is highly valued at Float.
There is some flexibility regarding schedule, but some nights and weekends will be required.
