Job Summary-
The Director of Sales and Marketing Community Relations will be the face of our community by representing the company brand as you educate the general community about our amazing services and amenities, partner with referral sources, and host events on site and off site.
How you will make an impact :
- The Director of Community Relations is expected to maintain a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, and staff personnel.
- Create, plan, and implement with the Sales and Marketing Team and Program Director events to bring in prospective residents such as but not limited to seminars, speakers, themed events, and family nights.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales in the development and implementation of the quarterly marketing plan.
- Create and implement a strong community outreach program. Media and Marketing Planning Implementation.
- Maintain and work an active, meaningful waitlist.
