Responsibilities:
- Work with our Account Executives and Account Managers to support customer relationships and handle the day-to-day operational needs.
- Take ownership of daily account operations from quotes to invoices.
- Strategically accept or reject freight to maximize profitability.
- Ensure quoting SLAs are met and executed.
- Ensure scheduling SLAs are met and executed to optimize for coverable time.
- Handle customer needs, internal escalations, and resolve issues quickly.
- Manage load boards, coverage, escalations, and timely issue resolution.
- Ensure successful billing, manage rates, fuel surcharges, and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain SOPs for all customers, meet service expectations, and escalate service concerns/trends to leadership
Expectations:
- Know your clients' needs, challenges, communication styles, roles, and key decision-makers.
- Use relationship-building skills to delight customers and consistently deliver KPIs and service metrics.
- Be the industry & flock expert - provide feedback and consultative meetings to drive growth & operational excellence between Flock & our customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Flexibility to work after-hours, weekend shifts, and holidays as needed
Compensation
- This is a non-exempt role. The expected range for this position is $24.00 per hour. This range reflects typical earning potential in this role. When determining an offer, we take into account a variety of factors that are important in making compensation decisions including, but not limited, to: skill sets; experience and tenure; education and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is based on market data for the office based region. Salary bands may, in some circumstances, be adjusted to a different geographic area depending on the candidate's position and location. In general, Flock Freight targets the mid-point of this salary range.
